Description

A fixed-angle sharpener built for one job: putting a proper convex edge on a knife without the guesswork. The built-in angle shows exactly how to hold the blade, so it’s a case of running the edge back and forth on the 25-micron diamond face to reset a dull edge, then flipping to the 5-micron ceramic face to de-burr and polish.

No oil or water needed, and unlike a loose stone it won’t wander off angle mid-stroke, and compact enough for a kit bag.

  • Fixed-angle diamond/ceramic sharpener for convex edges
  • Diamond face: 25 micron; ceramic face: 5 micron
