When its full, slide the tray over, drop a clean, consistent patty, and keep the line moving while the next one forms. If you process your own meat, this is how you take control of every ounce.

The set lets you make standard 4 in patties or 2 1/2 in sliders in either 3/4 in or 1/2 in thickness – built for whatever youre stocking the freezer with.
