Description

MagRelease HEAVY planer board releases use heavy-duty calibrated magnetic force to hold demanding trolling setups securely while still releasing when needed. Designed for copper and lead-core presentations, each model supports up to seven colors of lead core or 250 feet of copper.

Choose the correct mounting configuration for your planer board:

• Wide Base: Fits Offshore SST, Yellow Bird, Opti Tackle, XPS, Gator, and similar boards with two attachment screws or bolts spaced approximately 1 inch apart. Installation bolts are included for Offshore boards that use rivets.

• Church TX-44: Fits Church TX-44 and similar boards with attachment screws spaced approximately 5/8 inch apart.

These releases can work with tattle flags after a small modification to the planer board. A pinned rear clip is required for proper operation.

Please note: MagRelease HEAVY supports a maximum of seven colors of lead core or 250 feet of copper.
