Designed by Simone Tonolli, the MKM Base Camp is an overbuilt outdoor fixed blade meant for the heavier end of bushcraft work — batoning, splitting kindling and light prying — without giving up a usable slicing edge. The full-tang Niolox blade runs a substantial 6mm thick, hardened for durability over fine detail work, and the Santos wood scales give a warm, secure grip that dresses up an otherwise heavy-duty tool. A lanyard hole doubles as a glass breaker, and the knife ships with a Kydex sheath for quick, safe access. Built in Italy for anyone who wants one knife that can take real abuse in the field.
