The Kansept Anomaly is designer Dirk Pinkerton’s interpretation of a folding kwaiken shaped knife, and something of a departure from the compact fixed blades for which he’s best known. Pinkerton’s philosophy is straightforward: make a tool large enough to do its job, in the smallest practical package.

Long, clean lines give the Anomaly an understated profile that works particularly well as a modern EDC folder. A crossbar lock provides ambidextrous operation, with both a thumb stud and blade fuller offering alternative opening methods.

Patterned Damascus combined with bright blue G10 handle scales ensure this folder has rather more distinct appeal than other models of the Anomaly.
